U.S. Navy Capt. Richard Kitchens, commander, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), and Sailors assigned to Naval Legal Service Office Pacific (NLSO PAC), Pearl Harbor Detachment, participate in a ribbon cutting ceremony at the tax center at JBPHH, Hawaii, Feb. 1, 2010. NLSO PAC is running a free tax service that will provide all Sailors, their families, and retirees the opportunity to choose between filing their own tax returns and filing their taxes with volunteer income tax assistance personnel.
