Region Legal Service Office Naval District Washington held a change of command ceremony at the U.S. Navy Museum Aug. 20. During the traditional change of command ceremony, presided over by the Deputy Judge Advocate General of the Navy and Commander, Navy Legal Service Command Rear Adm. James W. Crawford III, Capt. Mary S. Reismeier was relieved by Capt. Daniel E. Eldredge.
