On 17 May 21 at the Ceremonial Hangar in Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Rear Adm. Darse E. “Del” Crandall, Jr., deputy judge advocate general and commander of Naval Legal Service Command, addressed personnel from Region Legal Service Office Southeast, Defense Service Office Southeast, and other JAG Corps personnel in the southeast area. Among the areas of discussion was the newly minted Competency Expectations promulgated pursuant to the Comprehensive Review.
