The Navy JAG Corps hosted the 2019 Joint Service Disability Evaluation System Counsel Program (DESCP) Training, Verification Course at Lackland Air Force Base, July 15-18. The event brought together all branches of service – approximately 250 DESCP personnel for the first time.
