Thomas Brown, a legal representative from Region Legal Services Office Northwest, facilitates personal and fleet readiness training at the Bangor Plaza Ballroom at Naval Base Kitsap Bangor during the annual Personal Readiness Summit. The one-day summit provides informative, in-depth training on alcohol and drug abuse prevention, training and discussions pertaining to personal and fleet readiness, and a "Myths vs. Truths" session designed to help educate Sailors on the realities of drug and alcohol abuse.
