Lt. Andrea Liou, Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) staff judge advocate and Lt.j.g. Spencer Jensen visit the NBSD Military Working Dog kennel, which houses 28 dogs and is one of the largest kennels in the Navy. They received a tour of the kennels, watched an obedience course certification, and Jensen got in the bite suit.
