First Tour Judge Advocates of Region Legal Service Office Southeast and Defense Service Office Southeast participated in a brief and tour at U.S. 4th Fleet and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command hosted by CDR Matthew Bailey, Fleet Judge Advocate and LCDR Jessica Koningisor, Deputy Fleet Judge Advocate of U.S. 4th Fleet and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command. The new JAG Officers observed a Commander’s Update brief, were provided early exposure to National Security Law in action, and engaged in an hour-long professional development discussion with RADM Don Gabrielson, Commander, U.S. 4th Fleet and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command.
