U.S. Pacific Fleet Legal & Fleet Civil Engineer teams celebrated CDR Deniz Baykan, Fleet Deputy Environmental Counsel as she departed for her next assignment. CDR Baykan completed a successful tour providing environmental law advice on the Fleet exercises and training projects.
