Region Legal Service Office Southeast and Defense Service Office Southeast first tour judge advocates traveled to Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay to learn more about submarine operations on September 10. The morning began with a briefing from the Chief of Staff at COMSUBGRU-10, Capt. Paul L. Dinius, on his experience working with Staff Judge Advocates, and tips on how to advise commanders. The presentation was followed by the N3, Cmdr. Philip Sosebee, providing a submarine orientation brief and a breakdown of the Silent Service's mission. After seeing the command spaces and a tour of the base, the FTJAs closed out the day with an in-depth walk-through on the USS Tennessee (SSBN-734). From left, Lt. Drew Smith, Lt. j.g.
